Train Fatal Shuts Down Rail Traffic Through Montecito

Santa Barbara Police and Sheriff's deputies responded to the railroad crossing at  Butterfly Lane in Montecito where a northbound Amtrak train hit and killed a woman just after 10:30 this morning.
